We have now is 14-day grace period for return or exchange from day customer receives his or her merchandise. Sales and clearence shoes are non retrunable, final sale. The shoes (or brushes) must be in brand new and unworn condition in original box. All returns must be accompanied with a copy of the recepit.
Under certain circumstances, some returns are allowed after the 14-day grace period, but there will be a $15.00 (USD) restocking fee applied.
